It's better to create an impact than to be seen. There is a saying that quality speaks for itself.I was scrolling through my feed and I chanced on many posts about how to gain followers and find your feet on Linkedin. Some of the steps and guides are great however do not forget authenticity and being true to yourself. Instead of focusing on imitating others and chasing numbers or followers, it’s better to engage your audience with your ideas and content in your unique style. There’s always enough space for you and everyone, you just have to own it.Not everyone on this app will automatically follow or engage with your posts but your people are out there. There’s beauty in diversity.Own your space✨Smile Ghana Foundation

Beautifully said! Authenticity and uniqueness are the keys to making a genuine impact on LinkedIn. Instead of trying to fit into someone else's mold, embrace your individuality and share your thoughts, experiences, and passions with the world. Your tribe will find you and resonate with your message. Keep shining your light and inspiring others to do the same! ❤️✨And I love how you mentioned diversity - it's what makes the world a more interesting and richer place! Smile Ghana Foundation, you're a perfect example of owning your space and making a positive impact. Keep up the amazing work! 💖👏👏👏👏👍😊

Let’s talk about forgiveness today.Last year I had a lot of people stepping on my toe or more.Through their inactions and actions, I became resentful and bitter towards them. Things went bad for me because I was harboring a negative spirit in me. My health deteriorated and I couldn’t focus on things I ought to. All because I was angry and in pain.I started fighting God and asked why He allows people to do much to others. Why does He allow people to hurt one another to the point of chaos? Then he said; What about me??I cried bitterly because yes if people can do things to hurt me that bad how about the things I do that hurt God most? Then I was like how can I help myself from bitterness, anger, and pain? Then he said; once you realize you are only humans and see one another how I see you, you should be able to live with Forgiveness. Honestly, I tried forgiving them and I thought I had forgiven yet I was still haunted by the same reactions towards them. Then I asked why.Again He said;I hadn’t forgiven them but rather I had hardened myself from whatever happened and I get triggered anytime I see them.✅Forgiveness begins when you do not hold people against their sins. ✅Forgiveness is being kind to people even if they hurt you. ✅Forgiveness is still showing love where love doesn’t even qualify You can learn lessons from Hurts. You have a choice in how you move forward from hurts but in everything you choose to do make sure you do not hold anyone against their offense. Don’t treat them like they are forever indebted to you because they offended you.🔥That’s stage 1 of growthYou may end up putting all your energy into fighting them while they move on and elevate. ❌Not every Enemy of yours is God’s enemyForgive, heal, learn from it, and move on.If you have any grudge against anyone be it at work, school, or church, free yourself with forgiveness. This is your sign, this is a reminder.Have a Fruitful day.

I visited the Archives today. To those that do not know where the Public records and Archives administration is, it is located around Adabraka in Accra.Anyway I just wanted to share a short message with you all.👉🏻INDISCIPLINE 👈🏻It’s a situation in which people do not control their behaviour or obey rules.Indiscipline dates way back in time from Adams and is said to be a part of human character according to analyses. However, characters are built. No one is born with a particular character. Others grow into bad characters whiles others grow into good characters hence no one is born good or bad.The same goes with indiscipline it’s acquired. Any habit a person picks becomes his character meaning you become what you do or do not do.Examples of Indiscipline behaviors *Procrastination (Delayed obedience is disobedience)*Dishonesty*Lateness*Sexual immorality and the list goes on.Indiscipline is one of the most dangerous tools that can break you in life.An indisciplined person has no sense of direction or cautiousness to life.Indiscipline makes you loose many opportunities in life. It could be endorsem*nts , contracts , family and friends amongst others.Today in class, my lecturer had to walk out a gentleman who was known to be indisciplined. He came with an excuse but he wasn’t heard because his persona overshadowed a possible truth. What did he miss he missed a lesson, he missed a chance and he missed a particular time of his life. Many celebrities and public figures have lost opportunities and respect from their indiscipline.Indiscipline is that little habit of yours that seems harmless to you. It’s that slow poison killing or robbing you of your many blessings.Release your stronghold on indiscipline.Have a great week😊Connect: Smile Ghana Foundation

Quick Reminder: Life changes begin in your thoughts.Victory in life begins with victory in your mind.Your mind is the gate of your life so if you fail to control and guard it you can't control your life. Your thoughts are the access points to your life so be mindful of what you consume or feed into. The first greatest battle you face in life begins in the mind because what controls your mind controls your life (as a man thinks so he is)Your thinking becomes your living. The more you think about something your focus shifts to it and you fall on its path and produce its results. It could be negative or positive. When you become transformed in your thinking you become transformed in your life.Every life change begins with your thoughts so guard your mental health. Prioritize it.Enjoy your week!Smile Ghana Foundation

Self Sabotage is realSelf-sabotage is when people do or don't do things that block their success or deter them from attaining their purposes.Self-sabotage sometimes can be in the form of procrastination, disorganization, indecisiveness, overconfidence, or even our character. You could work so hard or pray endlessly but yield no result due to something you may be doing or not.For example, you could be very hardworking yet have an awful personality or you could be very learned yet resistant to change or certain skills.Self-sabotage could be unconscious or deliberate so let us stay woke.Nobody is immune to itLet's enter into this new week and month with continuous progress.

Too many complaints are obstacles.Hear me out first. It's acceptable to complain about your issues if you're assured of feasible solutions. However, too much whining could cause you damage. I'm a living testimony. I grumbled about everything greatly and I admit that I constantly found problems with everything going on around me which was very bad. Overly whining can cause you not to see positivity around you. It clouds you with so much negativity which could end up affecting your mental health and your general wellbeing. When matters are beyond your control instead of complaining, let it go and focus. Be a problem solver. Find alternatives and other directions.Remember nagging without action holds you at a standstill. Nobody cares about you like you will so seize control of your troubles as a problem solver. For the remainder of the months in 2023, take charge of your environment and be a problem solver. You have the power to determine what affects you and what you react to.Happy new month.

•MAKE USE OF WHAT YOU HAVELittle or huge make use of what you have.A quick story time. When I was in my final year of Junior high school I was confused to what I really wanted. Not that I was confused I didn’t really sit down to fully decide which secondary school was fit for me and I allowed the mass decide for me. I decided to choose Wesley girls’ high school because most of my close friends wanted it too but unfortunately I became a Nana. I did very well and I went to the Gey heys result board to check if I was truly not included. I was heart broken and felt cheated because I should have been placed above a lot of candidates there.I was so dissatisfied with the school I had and had my parents prepare me to a private school but I changed my mind when I met my sitting partner from high school in the same school as me. She was also in the same predicament and she was one of the brightest students in my school. It was then I accepted that God’s will was not mine.Fastforeward, I hated my school and didn’t want to partake in any activities aside my school domestic and academic works and didn’t want to make any friends as well. This went on until my final year when I became a prefect and started working actively in my school. I began seeing so much potential in me above what a school name could bring. I realized so many things I missed out on and instantly regretted my attitude for the the past 2 years. I could have done more instead of whining and putting myself in distress.Anyway looking back now, I realized that I longed for inclusion and most of my decisions were influenced from that. I made very bad choices I wished I could reverse but God placed me exactly where I ought to be. Where I could become my own person.I lost a lot when I didn’t appreciate and value what I had at that time. When I started seeing my potentials and using what I had, my efforts proved worthwhile. It’s similar to the story of the talents in the Bible.Don’t always wait for things to be soft before you see it’s beauty or potential.Life is not fair and some people will always have better things and find themselves in better positions. Nevertheless whatever you get and wherever you find yourself make an effort, see potential in everything life brings you. No matter how slow your progress may be you will still be ahead of those who aren’t trying. So do that thing you have to do.✅Start that business✅Follow that passion✅Act that role at your best and finest.Circ*mstances influence our actions and choices but it should never define who you are or limit your potentials.Break the odds 😊.Good morning and have a good week.
