anyone have any guidance. I start putting my 11 mo old to sleep at 8 pm. last nap wakes up around 4:30/5:30. he comfort nurses are an hour and when I try to put him in his crib, he acts like he's ready to get up for the day laughing. it's a struggle to get him to calm down and sleep but finally around midnight he does until 3:30/4 when he wakes again. then at 5 am he wants to be held in order to sleep. I'm exhausted and over this cycle of only getting a few hours of sleep a night. I can't sleep train and my husband said he won't.

That nap ends too late for an 8pm bedtime. How long are his naps? You probably need to cut them back, especially the last one.

morning nap is around 2 hours and afternoon one is 2&1/2 or 3 hours. would you mind sharing what a good schedule would be in your experience?
